This project presents the design and construction of a short-range, line-of-sight radar system capable of determining distance and speed of targets within 100 meters. The primary objective is to track large moving objects, such as people and vehicles. The radar comprises four main subsystems: a signal generator, transmitter, receiver, and signal processor. The project discusses the implementation of these subsystems, their synchronization to achieve accurate target detection, and the integration of the entire system into a single printed circuit board (PCB). Additionally, the paper addresses the software control aspect, enabling effective management and operation of the radar system.
