Abstract
UNH-4U piloted their 2-year Comprehensive Transition Program this 2021-2022 academic year with aims to promote inclusive post secondary education opportunities for students with Intellectual Disabilities (ID). UNH-4U is student-centered, and provides opportunities to authentic campus involvement, career exploration, and independent living skills. The Bridges to College and Career Webinar Training Series is a virtual series of 4 courses offered to young adults with ID who are interested in pursuing career goals, or post secondary education. The training series is a pre-requisite for UNH-4U, and involves learning about navigating technology, assistive technology, person-centered planning, setting and realizing goals, social involvement in a campus community, as well as next steps after the webinar training.
