The Bureau for Family Centered Services and NH Family Voices and work closely to ensure parents and caregivers receive valuable support when seeking out early support and services for their child. The goal to improve the knowledge and participation of parents and caregivers as a role of the therapeutic team was supported by introducing a visual tool. The following data was collected through open and closed ended questions based on the parent’s and caregiver’s experience using the visual during the intake, evaluation and planning process.
