Developing a new project from the ground up is a complex task requiring flexibility, patience, delegation, problem-solving, and strong leadership. This process often involves a need for team members to accept the unknown and evolve alongside the project's evolution. This project was completed in association with NH-ME ECHO SCOPE, specifically focusing on the curriculum development aspect of this new initiative. The project aimed to support trainees in the development of knowledge and skills related to large-scale project inception, maturation, and refinement.
