AI Innovation Lab - AI Tool Guide

The Small Business AI Toolkit is a web-based platform designed to bridge the gap between artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and the needs of Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs). The goal is to help SMBs over coming challenges in marketing, operations, and customer support by recommending AI-driven solutions such as Claude 3.5, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT. Users can input business challenges and receive tailored AI tool recommendations, complete with use cases, tutorials, and resource links. The project also provides students with hands-on experience in AI integration and real-world problem-solving. The platform should have scalability, usability, and feedback systems from SMBs and students. Since this project is in very early development, future UNH Seniors will expand functionality of toolkit, integrate additional tools, and foster partnerships with AI developers to drive continuous innovation.
