Abstract
The Sandcastle Clinical & Educational Service was my leadership placement. This project was to evaluate ways service for the New Mainers community is delivered. Through parents and staff surveys, letters, and analyzing the results. The results were discussed with the staff about being in the two extremes and how things could be brought to the middle when serving the New Mainers community. Discussed forming working relationships with the parents rather than the interpreter.
