Title:

International Terrorism: Analysis of the State

Video

Abstract

This paper presents a hypothesis that attempts to analyze the occurrence of terrorism. The research focuses on two case studies that test and discuss why it is plausible that terrorism occurs due to internal conflicts at the state level. This research analyzes different civil wars that occurred and evaluates how weakness in political structure provided groups an opportunity to shift towards acts of extremism. Finally, due to the challenging circumstances of terrorism, this research hopes to provide a detailed analysis of internal conflicts and the connection to terrorism.
