Maine Parent Federation is a Maine nonprofit that provides information and resources to families across the state to help them navigate the complex systems of care for children and youth with disabilities and special health care needs (CYSHCN). MPH also monitors state policy and supports advocacy efforts. This poster gives information on how MPH monitors the rollout and adherence to LD 345, as schools extend FAPE (Free Appropriate Public Education) to include children as young as three years old.
