Abstract
Plants are notoriously difficult to care for, often requiring more knowledge and attention than the average person can provide. This project aims to simplify plant care and extend the lifespan of common household plants through real-time monitoring. Using a moisture sensor and an app on Android Studio, tracking the moisture level of your chosen plant will be easy with Bluetooth capability and push notifications sent to your Android phone. This app allows for a more beginner-friendly and hands-off approach to maintaining plants.
