Audio to MIDI Transcription Creator

The Audio to MIDI Transcription Creator (AMTRAC) is a tool designed to convert audio files into human-readable sheet music, helping beginner musicians learn and practice music more easily. This project integrates two open-source Python libraries: Spleeter by Deezer, which separates a song into individual instrumental and vocal tracks, and Basic-Pitch by Spotify, which generates MIDI predictions from the audio input. To provide a user-friendly experience, we developed a graphical user interface (GUI) using Flask for the backend, with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for the frontend. The web-based interface allows users to upload audio files, view separated tracks, and download the corresponding sheet music, making the transcription process intuitive and accessible.
