Abstract
The project was retained from the Exeter River Run community owner to provide professional engineer services for flooding and bank stability issues at 176 Robin Hood Lane, Exeter, New Hampshire. The property is a privately owned manufactured home park that consists of approximately 240 residences along the Exeter River. Residents own their homes but lease the land and live there year-round. It was built in the 1960s and suffers from a lack of effective stormwater management infrastructure. Improvements and additions to existing stormwater management solutions will be undertaken to help address the on-site systems, the eroding riverbanks, and water quality in the nearby river. The goal of the project is to implement improved stormwater management practices to address the ponding issues throughout the community and concerns of water quality from runoff entering the Exeter River.
