Phase 2 Riverwalk Development

Lawrence, MA, is one of the oldest and largest milling towns in the country, however, in recent times, the mill buildings need refurbishment, and the focus is on societal growth. The Phase2 Riverside Development is a site design project, aiming to renovate a current parking lot into a multi-story apartment building, fit with a parking structure and a restaurant. This project is a continuation of a greater city-wide project, to bring more jobs and homes towards the Merrimack River, which runs through the middle of the city.
